Very welcoming for beginners. The culture is very positive, all about matching people at their intensity. One of the main instructors always, always, says before and after class, “thanks for taking care of each other.” Definitely worth trying out their free introductory week. Sign up is a forum on their website. No obligations, just submit the web forum and show up. Didn’t think I’d like it before I went, but after a week I only regret not getting involved ten years ago. I’ve been going to the evening weekday classes, Monday-Thursday, 7-9.
